Photography + website / Concept project

One shoot. A whole brand story.

Kia’s portraits inspired a fictional personal styling brand called The Confidence Edit. We paired original photography with a website built to put her presence front and center.

Portfolio concept only. Kia modeled for the photographs; the styling business, service names, and website story are fictional. This page makes no claim about a real client outcome.

The finished first impression

Wear the room your way.

A warm expression leads the page. Deep wine tones echo the dress and carry the same feeling through the design.

The image decision

Choosing the opening frame

Both images were photographed during the Kia session. Their composition makes them useful in different places.

Selected: Kia_5Direct eye contact and a full-body pose give the split-screen homepage an inviting first impression. Its tall framing survives the narrow image panel and phone screens.

Alternate: Kia_3A calmer indoor setting and generous space on the right could support text over a full-width banner. Cropping it into the current vertical panel would lose much of that advantage.

The result

Photos made for a page, and a page made for the photos.

This concept shows how one shoot can establish a recognizable visual direction across a website. The clothing, locations, color, and layout work together, while the fictional offer demonstrates how a visitor could move from first impression to services.
